  • Last 3 months of bank statements (showing income and outgoings)

How much deposit do I need?

What is an Agreement in Principle (AIP)?

An Agreement in Principle (AIP) or Decision in Principle (DIP) is a document from a lender indicating how much they are willing to lend you in theory, based on a soft credit check and preliminary financial checks. It is highly valued by estate agents when you make offers on homes.
